1.How do I get free shipping?
If you buy anything with Regal Roman from £50 or over you'll receive FREE delivery to mainland UK.
2.How are the products personalised and packaged?
Most of our products are handmade, we carefully select 100% organic and eco-friendly materials which we think are outstanding. Each of our personalised clothes are hand pressed and printed individually by us and everything is made to order.
All of our products are nicely packaged in our eco-friendly boxes and/or biodegradable bags and are complimentary with every order.
3.Can I change my delivery address after I've placed an order?
You cannot change your delivery address once an order has been made. That’s why we advise you to regularly make sure that all your address details are up-to-date.
4.When will my order be delivered?
Second Class Signed for UK delivery service usually aims to deliver within 2-3 working days.
International Tracked and Signed for Royal Mail service aims to deliver within 7 up to 10 days depending on the country.
5.How will I know when the goods have been dispatched and how can I track my order?
You will receive an email on dispatch of your order, letting you know it's on its way. Your dispatch confirmation will also contain details of how to track the progress of your delivery.
6.I want to send a gift to someone but don't want them to see any invoice or price. Will there be an invoice in the package?
No. We do not include any invoice or any price in the packaging as most of our customers send direct to the recipient.
However for international orders, we are legally required to display the contents and price of each parcel to customs.
7.Can I provide you with a specific gift message?
Yes, at the check out page you will have a box available (Add Note) for you to write your own personal message to be sent with the gift. This will be attached on the gift inside the parcel.
8.What will happen if I miss the delivery?
If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel when it arrives, you will be left a card with instructions on how to collect your order. We also advise that you provide an address for delivery where you or someone on your behalf will be available to sign for your parcel as deliveries take place during business hours and require a signature upon receipt.
9.Can you exchange personalised items?
Unfortunately we cannot exchange personalised items, in the future please double check spelling when ordering. Due to the nature of personalised products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless it is a fault on our part.
10.I would like to make a change to my order.
If you want to change your order, please e-mail us at email@example.com within 30 minutes of placing the order. Please include your order number and the change(s) in which you would like to make. Please note that we cannot guarantee amendments submitted after 30 minutes as your order may already be in production.
11.Do you deliver outside of the UK and how long does it take to send to different countries?
YES! No matter where you are in the world, we will deliver to you! Delivery times vary according to the destination of your delivery, however it should arrive within 10 days. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only guidelines.
12.I want to order for more than one child, how will you know to put in separate packaging and does it cost anything?
We can sure add separate packaging for FREE. At the check out please just add a note stating which items go together using brackets.
If you want to add a personal message for each packaging you're more than welcome to do it, is free.
Just use brackets to state the items that will be packed together and the message you want in front and inside the little card using ":".
